- Has a bachelor degree (S1) in Civil Engineering/Architecture from reputable university.
- Has previous experience of Civil Engineering/Building construction industry.
- Is familiar with FIDIC contract and has a sufficient knowledge of current construction law as well as construction management.
- Is familiar with Standard Method of Measurement (SMM) to measure volume of construction material based on its construction technique.
- Able to operate common construction app such as Autocad.
- Able to translate design/drawing/construction planning into budget and action plan for execution.
- Able to make a construction cost calculation. Construction estimating or finance experienced is advantageous.
- Posseses an ability to demonstrate a good knowledge of monthly reporting and earned value analysis.
- Is an excellent team player whilst also holding the ability to work independently on own initiative.
- Has an excellent time management skills, has the ability to work with tight deadlines.
- Has an ability to develop, encourage and support his/her subordinate.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rp10,000,000 - Rp15,000,000 per month
