Job Description – Central Ticketing Team (Customer Support)

Requirements:

4. Excellent interpersonal and written & oral communication

Description:

1. Good with customer handling

2. Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention

3. Overseeing the Customer service process

4. Actively resolving inbound chat/email queries of customers

5. Proficient with problem solving ability

6. Handling Escalations

Salary Offered: Up to 25k in hand

Incentives: Up to 12k monthly

Working days: 5.5 Days

Working hours: 9 hours Work from office (Rotational shifts)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
