We are thrilled to collaborate with our client in identifying their next Head of HR Operations. Reporting into the CEO, you will have overall responsibility for the end-to-end People operations, ensuring the effective management of all employee lifecycle enquiries and activities.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with leadership to establish and foster the desired corporate culture, ensuring its consistent embodiment in daily operations.
- Lead the initiative to enhance talent and performance across Australia. Identify areas for improvement based on current performance gaps and insights.
- Provide support to people leaders throughout the company to enhance associate relations and performance.
- Develop outstanding strategies for sourcing, recruitment, recognition, onboarding, and retention of corporate office associates. Assist operations managers in their efforts to recruit and retain talent in the field.
- Lead the Performance Management activities and provide expertise and coaching to People Leaders and Associates, promoting effectiveness in goal setting, ongoing performance feedback, and career development planning.
- Lead, coach, and support the team in Succession Planning to facilitate the growth and development of high-potential individual contributors and leaders. Ensure the implementation of robust succession plans.
- Ensure compliance of all HR activities within Australian operations with relevant government regulations.
- Assist the payroll function and perform payroll activities as a backup.
- Provide HR consultation to leaders on staffing analysis, role definition, restructuring, and reorganization implementation, as necessary.
What You'll Bring
- Qualifications in either Human Resources, Business, or related discipline (highly desirable)
- 10 years' experience in HR operations or similar operational environment (i.e., customer service, administration, business operations)
- A customer obsessed mindset, ability to understand and interpret customer requirements and have the desire and ability to consistently exceed their expectations.
